A Golfing Journey Through Cape Cod & The Islands

Over a year in the making, Golf Cape Cod, the DVD, is a documentary that captures the essence
of the golf scene on Cape Cod & The Islands. The DVD is divided into five chapters:

Chapter 1. is a fascinating look at this region’s rich and storied history, from the earliest courses such as
Highland Links and Bass River to the newest layouts, The Captains and Crosswinds. You'll learn about the players and architects who helped create golf on this side of the North Atlantic. This chapter features
interviews with local golf professionals and historians as well as the characters that define Cape Cod golf.
Explore long lost golf courses, one of which may be the very first place where golf was played on the Cape. You’ll even witness rare photos and film footage of such historic figures as John F. Kennedy, Francis Quimet and Bobby Jones as they play their favorite Cape golf course. The History Chapter concludes with a look at the overall characteristics of Cape Cod golf courses and the skills you’ll need to succeed.
